This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through Uhtend ("Uhtend," "we," "us," or "our") at https://uhtend.com.

1. Payment Processing

Uhtend uses Dodo Payments to manage all payments and subscriptions. When you subscribe to Uhtend, your payment is processed securely through Dodo Payments.

2. No Refunds

All subscription payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a subscription has been purchased, regardless of usage, including if you do not attend any events, attend only some events, or decide to stop using the Service before your subscription period ends.

By subscribing to Uhtend, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email you receive from Dodo Payments when you subscribe to Uhtend.

Please note:

• Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already paid.

• Depending on your plan, you may continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew.

4. Failed or Disputed Payments

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at uhtendhq@gmail.com and we will look into the matter. This does not guarantee a refund but allows us to review billing issues that may fall outside standard subscription charges (e.g., duplicate or erroneous charges).
